Description
A perfect blend of Bacardi light and dark rums with sweet and sour juices.
Ingredients

- 3/4 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
- 1 oz. Bacardi Dark Rum
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1/4 tsp. Bacardi 151 Rum
- 1 oz. Lemon or Rose’s Lime Juice
- 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Mix the first two Rums and all the Juices with ice in a shaker or blender
- Then pour into a tall glass.
- Garnish with a Pineapple Spear and a Red Cherry.
If desired, float
- ¼ tsp. Bacardi 151 on top with 1 tsp. Powdered Sugar.
Notes
There is a lot going on in the Zombie cocktail. The rum flavors pair well with the fruit juices.
