Ingredients
Scale
- 1/2 measure scotch
- 1/2 measure gin
- 1/2 measure crème de cacao
- 1/2 measure double cream
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 measure white rum (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
- Add the scotch, gin, crème de cacao, and double cream.
- Add white rum if using.
- Shake well until thoroughly chilled — about 15 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Tip: Run a slice of orange peel around the rim of the glass before pouring for a subtle citrus lift that complements the botanical notes of the gin beautifully.
