Ingredients 2/3 jigger Whiskey 2/3 jigger Brandy 1 dash Pernod 2 dashes Bitters 3 dashes Curacoa 3 dashes Sugar syrup 1 twist Lemon Peel. Method Place all ingredients in large cocktail glass, with 1-2 pieces of ice. Stir and remove ice. Fill glass with Soda Water and stir with a teaspoon coated with powdered sugar.
