Po-Pomme Cocktail

Place some ice cubes in a mixing glass and add: Ingredients 1/3 Calvados 2/3 cherry brandy A few dashes of Angostura bitters Method Stir well to mix and strain into a tumbler. Top up with dry cider (or sweet cider if preferred). Add 2 ice cubes some apple cut into cubes and three brandies cherries.

Put some ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and add: Ingredients 1 measure of Calvados Juice of ½ a lemon 1 teaspoon sugar Method Shake well. Put some ice cubes in a tumbler and strain the mixture over them. Top with soda. Stir gently before serving.
