Pour into an electric blender:Barrier Reef Cocktail


1 measure of gin

¾ measure Cointreau

1 dash Angostura bitters

1 scoop vanilla ice cream


Blend for several seconds. Pour into a champagne saucer without straining. Sprinkle with top with a little blue curacao.
